Silly people who promote medieval lifestyle. While their gatherings where they dress in costumes have their charm, and their promotion of ancient trades should be encouraged, their simulation of strict social classes and combat oriented lifestyles convince most that the world might have actually gotten better. It should also be noted that their proposal that beating on each other with 'safe' wooden weapons is comparable to actual deadly encounters is laughable (and their attempts to use spells is cute). Still, those of the SCA are not harming anyone with their beliefs, and doing some good -- so don't lock and load when you meet such people.
