Popular Gaming News The newly published Player Handbook II recieved its first web enhancement today.

The enhancement takes the for of an article with an additional, optional rule for spellcasters that create magic items. Magic Items: Transferring XP Costs

The following article focuses on wizards when it comes to the crafting of magic items (and getting stuck with the XP bill). However, artificers receive a number of craft points each level to offset XP costs; should they run out of craft points, they might consider the following options as well.
